A History of Big Flavor
Jan’s inspiration started in the home kitchen. Tired of bland store-bought spices that masked rather than spark the flavor, she blended Texas peppers with the world’s best garlic, cumin, oregano, turmeric, and thyme—and the rest is highly seasoned history!
Even more impressive? In 2022, Jan brought SALT-FREE versions to the mix, keeping the big punch but nixing the sodium.
