Growing a More Colorful, Kinder Farm
PolkaDotted Farm isn’t just about pretty bouquets—it’s about growing flowers in a way that makes the world a little better. DeeDee cultivates everything using organic fertilizers and safe, natural pest control, making her fields a paradise for bees and beneficial bugs. That’s more than good for the blooms; it’s good for the Earth.
This past winter, the family grew in more ways than one. Their pride-and-joy project?
The Porch, a bright and functional workshop and grow room—dreamily designed for flower arranging and expanding capacity. Over a dozen new irrigation-ready flower rows sprang to life last season, with plans set to blossom even more varieties next year.
